Barker’s Plum & 5 Spice Marinade uses delish NZ plums with aromatic Asian spices, the perfect combination for BBQ night. Best when shared. Super tasty, real easy.
Place chosen raw / uncooked protein into a bowl, pour over Marinade and mix well. Cover and place in fridge for a minimum of 30 mins, longer the better for more flavour (for vegetables max 15 mins to avoid them going soggy). Cook as per preference / recipe, whilst cooking baste regularly for additional flavour.
