Tortelloni is the most popular of the filled pasta shapes, particularly in NZ. Normally boiled, tortelloni is great as a baked dish as well. Chicken and Basil features fresh free range chicken with the sweet herby tang of basil. This pasta flavour is very versatile as it works with both cream and tomato sauces and doesn't overpower lighter sauces. All Delmaine pasta is made locally with free range egg and Durum wheat semolina.
