Tortellini is the most popular of the filled pasta shapes, particularly in NZ. Normally boiled, tortellini is great as a baked dish as well. Three Cheese and Spinach is a simple, but internationally popular combination that works well with many of our Delmaine pasta sauces. All Delmaine pasta is made locally with free range egg and Durum wheat semolina.
