Edmonds Wholemeal Flour is made from all parts of the wheat grain, providing a fuller flavour and wholesome, hearty texture. Perfect for baking wholemeal bread, muffins, cakes and biscuits, it can also be blended with Standard Grade or High Grade Flour to achieve the desired texture. Additionally, it works well as a nutritious alternative to breadcrumbs for coating. This flour contains wheat and gluten, and may contain traces of milk and soy.
