A 30g serve of MILO Duo with 125mL of reduced fat milk provides 44% of your daily calcium needs. Made with 50% whole grain wheat and corn, it provides a source of fibre, is a source of 10 vitamins and minerals including iron which are essential for active growing bodies^ and contains no artificial colours or flavours. ^as part of a healthy varied diet.
